Following the robbery incident that involved Mr 2Kay at Eko Hotel back in October, his management 'Grafton Entertainment' has finally issued a statement on the incident. Like you may already know, Mr. 2Kay was attacked in his hotel room at gun point by four men who pretended to be the hotel’s room service attendants. Mr. 2Kay was brutalized and robbed of his belongings. The robbers also took Mr. 2Kay’s friend’s items who was also in the room when the robbers gained entrance. Olamide and Phyno have had their names dragged into a messy situation that saw their fans in Toronto wreck havoc at the presumed venue of a show.  According to the report, the show was supposed to have the two artistes perform but none of the artistes was present at the event and this provoke the fans who protested by destroying properties at the venue. The failure of the two artiste to show up at the event would be needing explanation, as it appears the show was validated by Olamide’s @baddosneh instagram account. It is unclear what transpired between the organisers and the musicians that led to their absence at the event but the fans who felt scammed, resulted to a violent protest at the event. Nigerian dancehall star, Burna Boy has been declared wanted by the Nigerian Police Force as his name has been given as the major culprit for the robbery and attack of Mr2Kay in October at Eko Hotel and Suites after Mr2Kay’s performance for Buckwyld & Breathless. This development was revealed today, 20th of November by the Lagos State Police Commissioner, Edgal Imohimi who stated that; “Four armed robbers carried out the attack and detectives were able to arrest one of their girlfriends who is identified as ‘Matejero’ which led to the capture of the others.
